Neuhaus Chocotale from Cheong Hooi

This is the chocolate bought from a friend, he is my chocolate kaki...

This box of Neuhaus chocolate from Belgium cost about RM238.90 for not more than 35 pieces inside.

How can Neuhaus Belgium allows such a chocolate box to be sold to costumers ?
That happen to me also in Finland by Neuhaus chocolate shop.
